Recruitment means a search for suitable candidates for work positions or work teams specified by you. 
We select the most suitable candidates for you for jobs in middle and top management, and for specialised positions; selection is carried out via ads and using our long-term database.

In collaboration with you we work out job description, and specify qualification and personality requirements for a candidate.

While interviewing suitable candidates we focus on their professional skills, personality traits, their ability to identify themselves with the company’s culture, their expectations concerning the job and future development, motivation, possible employment start date, and salary expectations. The most suitable candidates will be introduced to you. We will provide you with information on their professional history, eligibility for the job, strengths and weaknesses, on what you can expect from a candidate in the future, and on what it is necessary to focus on as to the future corporate training.

All candidates receive feedback information on the course and completion of the selection procedure. 
Introduction of suitable candidates selected via recruitment method takes place within 2 months at the latest. Guarantee for the selected candidates is usually 3 months depending on a position of the employee within the organization structure.
