About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional business leader to drive our Central European operations in the dynamic dental implants industry. As CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitable growth of our manufacturing facility, while building a high-performance culture and strengthening our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the business strategy for the Central European region.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability targets (P&L responsibility €20-50M+).
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead business development initiatives and M&A activities.
• Report directly to the Group Board and represent the region at executive level.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 13485, FDA, and EU MDR regulations.
• Optimize supply chain and production processes.
• Manage CAPEX investments and operational budgets.

People & Culture:

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team (50-200 employees).
• Foster innovation culture and employee engagement.
• Implement talent development and succession planning strategies.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Commercial & Market Development:

• Strengthen relationships with key customers (dental clinics, distributors, hospitals).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive market penetration.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in C-level role.
• Proven track record in medical devices, dental, or healthcare manufacturing.
• Experience managing P&L and driving business transformation.
• International experience and understanding of European markets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA).
• Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
• Outstanding leadership and people development capabilities.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) - German is a strong advantage.
• Czech language is beneficial but not mandatory.
